This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice (hereinafter this "Notice") of Planfit Inc. (hereinafter "Planfit," "we," "us," or "our") supplements our Privacy Policy and applies where information that we process may be considered "Consumer Health Data" under the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Act (SB 370), or other applicable U.S. state consumer health privacy laws (hereinafter "Applicable State Laws").

When we refer to "Consumer Health Data," we mean personal information that is linked or reasonably could be linked to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status, as defined by Applicable State Laws. Capitalized terms not defined in this Notice have the meanings given to them in our Privacy Policy.

Categories of Consumer Health Data We May Collect

Planfit helps you record, measure, and improve your exercise and fitness. Given the breadth of Applicable State Laws, a limited portion of the data we collect may be considered Consumer Health Data. These categories may include:

• Body measurements and profile information you provide (e.g., height, weight, and body-related goals)
• Body composition information you provide (e.g., body fat mass, skeletal muscle mass, and body fat percentage from body composition test results)
• Information about physical conditions you provide (e.g., areas of discomfort, pain, or physical limitations)
• Workout and training records (including exercise history and fitness activity)
• Health-related metrics obtained through your device or connected services (e.g., heart rate, calories burned, and other body measurements)
• Information that may identify or be used to infer your physical fitness status

Sources of Consumer Health Data

We may collect Consumer Health Data from:

• You: depending on your preferences and how you use the Services (e.g., when you enter your body information, record a workout, or upload a photo of a body composition test result).
• Third-party apps, services, and devices: to the extent you choose to share such information with us (e.g., through Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or Health Connect).

Purposes of Collecting, Using, and Disclosing Consumer Health Data

We may collect, use, and disclose Consumer Health Data as necessary to provide the products and services you have requested. This may include:

• Providing personalized workout recommendations and coaching
• Providing, improving, and personalizing the Services
• Promoting safety, integrity, and security

We may also collect, use, and disclose Consumer Health Data for other purposes with your consent or authorization, or as otherwise permitted by law.

Sharing of Consumer Health Data

We do not sell Consumer Health Data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not have corporate affiliates or subsidiaries with which we share Consumer Health Data.

Except as described in this Notice, we do not share Consumer Health Data with third parties. We may disclose it only to:

• Service providers: parties that process Consumer Health Data on our behalf to provide the Services
• Third parties you choose to share it with: such as connected third-party integrations
• Parties to a corporate transaction: such as a new owner in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, products, or services
• Law enforcement or other parties: in connection with valid legal process, to comply with applicable law, or to prevent harm

We do not allow third parties to collect Consumer Health Data through the Services over time and across different websites or online services for their own purposes.
